When we look back over all the pictures Annie's taken over the last four weeks and make this little project a cornucopia of interactive commentary and opinions.
November 9th, match, is my favorite for this month. There's a lot of reasons. But the one that convinced me is quite apparent. More interestingly though is how looking over the pictures for this month reminded me of all that has happened this month...Fall Conference...wow, it feels like years ago...and the cookie turkeys, and the pictures of your family reminding me of my own over the holiday....to say nothing of anything else when I could say much more about many things else. -Zack
Hmmm, ok, well first off I must say that I'm really enjoying the little peek I have into "Annie's life in Wooster" (including a few tromps up to Cleveland). It's interesting to see your take on everyday situations. Very Seinfeld-esk. But I must say November's photos didn't really strike a big chord with me. Maybe it's the fall. I like photoshop...but I think you're above needing photoshop Annie... After all that, I think my favorite would have to be "a duck". But, not for the clever descriptive title. I think you caught that duck in all of its glory. Good job. I'd also like to point out that I have high hopes for the month of December. Who knew snow could lollop?
You know I don't want it to sound selfish but I'm rooting for my turkeys! they pretty much made my day and they were quite delicious and I was glad they could be showcased for everyone to see on here :)
Once again, I am torn. Shall I vote for the charming part of autumn because it hints that my favorite season may be nudging a little closer to Annie's heart? Perhaps for Julie, since I think you have given us a bit of insight into another one of my favorite folks? Battle of the Biscuit reminds me of the very first time I met you- hearing the story at a lunch table in Kitt. Hi is a very lovely smiling Annie picture. I think, though, that I will choose lady and her harp. I like the fuzziness. What's more, I love the picture of someone enjoying what they were made to do. And I appreciate that you observed it and captured it on film. Lady and her harp it is.
hmm...I really like Nov. 3-Duck, but Nov.11-Words is pretty great too. I love that people were able to name the things that they wanted and it was such a great idea to use scrabble! I love the picture and I wonder about the stories and the people behind each of those words.
okay...contrary to popular opinion, i am casting my vote(s) for: Nov. 14 - Julie (1st choice) and Nov. 28 - Hi (2nd choice).
"Julie" does indeed make me think very warm thoughts of someone who plays such a significant role in my life. i like the warm glow and the smile on Julie's face.
as for the self-portrait, it reminds me of the photo shoot pictures we took senior year and the ones i've seen of you and emily...capturing a side of your personality that isn't always obvious. nice blurring action around the perphiery as well.
So, I'm really indecisive and could vote for about 5 of the pictures for November. But if I had to pick one, I think it would be words from fall conference. Either that or Like a dollhouse, because I really like that picture of Lowry, and it looks like it should be one of those pictures being rotated through on the wooster homepage.
For me there's no contest this month: It's November 14th--Julie. It's such a beautiful photo, and it nearly brings me to tears each time I see it. I sometimes wonder if it's undervalued by those who don't know the subject as well. --Jen
Well, originally I thought that maybe people would vote a little more unanimously and conclusively and there would be a "winner"...but that hasn't happened! So, at this point, it's kind of fun to read everyone's opinions! Maybe there will be an obvious one sometime!

The duck photo on November 3rd is pretty sweet. I like the water movement...black and white I suppose?
At any rate, it looks nice :)
Duck photo!

i vote for lilypad pond.

i'm voting (late) for the 24th - the battery crisis - hey do u ever decide on a winner, or do we just vote???
