I got to go to fireworks on the 4th of July after all! It's hard to determine what my favorite part was because there were some very exciting parts. For one thing, the grass caught on fire where they were blasting off fireworks (apparently, this is not unusual for the Cedarville fireworks display). They stopped the show momentarily and brought in the fire trucks to handle it. Also, there were two high quality fireworks interspersed in the show. They were smiley faces. And even though they came out sideways, they really added a lot to the experience. Stephanie, Luke, and Susan made this sparkler masterpiece.

bravo, annie! (i don't really know why "bravo" comes to mind, considering i hardly ever think it, but somehow it seems most appropriate here). way to expand upon last summer's amazingness. this should totally be on the cedar campus brochure or website somewhere.
