It's either a tractor, or a horse and buggy, or in this case two unidentified men running with police escorts ahead and behind them. It always takes me forever to get out of Wooster for some reason! (By the way, does anyone know what was going on here? I was really curious)

No idea what was going on, but I could have used the police escort the other day, there are just not enough sidewalks in Wooster! AND I received my first angry honk from a car, don't they know the sidewalks are dangerous? I'll have to look into the police escort thing... maybe they can play good music while they're at it?
